Clinton Substance Abuse Council

The Clinton Substance Abuse Council  is the non-profit organization that supports the Gateway ImpACT Coalition. As a non-profit organization the CSAC follows applicable laws and regulations appropriate for non-profits including having an active Board of Directors.    The board is a group of individuals who are not only committed to advancing the Clinton Substance Abuse Council and the coalitions they support, but also to making our city and its neighborhoods better places to live, work, shop, learn, and play in a variety of ways.

Gateway ImpACT Coalition

  • VISION:​To create a substance abuse free community for all.   
  • MISSION: The Gateway ImpACT Coalition, through collaboration, works to develop solutions to community problems that are related to substance abuse issues through the process of facilitation, cooperation, education, and communication.   
  • PURPOSE: Coordinating and empowering Clinton community area’s effort to keep our communities healthy, safe, and drug free.

Executive Committee

The Gateway ImpACT Coalition provides coalition oversight including adherence to action plans, and acts as the liaison between the coalition and the CSAC Board of Directors.   Gateway ImpACT Coalition Executive Committee:

Monthly Meetings

The Gateway ImpACT Coalition holds monthly meetings.  All meetings are free and open to the public.


All meetings are typically on the 4th Thursday of the month from 12:00 (noon)-1PM at Pizza Ranch.


They schedule does vary in November & December due to holidays.  If Clinton Community School District cancels school, delays the start, or has early out due to in-climate weather, the meeting is cancelled.

Annual Report

The Gateway ImpACT Coalition along with the Clinton Substance Abuse Council and Camanche-DeWitt Coalition compile an Annual Report.
