The Clinton Substance Abuse Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of the part time (16 hours/week) CSAC/Gateway ImpACT Coalition CARA Grant Director for our Prescription Drug Misuse reduction project targeted at youth ages 12-18 in Clinton. Duties include coordination and implementation of services specifically under the CARA Local Drug Crisis Grant for our Prescription Drug Misuse reduction project targeted at youth ages 12-18 in Clinton. Duties will include community mobilization, coordination and facilitation of meetings, public speaking, documenting coalition work, utilizing local media, and creating and maintaining positive working relationship with community and coalition members. Applicant must be able to pass a background check, child abuse check, and comply with Drug Free Workplace Policy. This person should possess a 4-year college degree, or equivalent, strong organizational and coordination skills, project management, group facilitation and public speaking experience desired.
